Ganymede takes familiar materials and moves them into unfamiliar gravity. Mandarin provides the first vertical flash, but the freshness is quickly refracted through immortelle, osmanthus and a suede-like leather accord. Salty, hay-like warmth meets a cool mineral breath, creating a fragrance that feels simultaneously radiant and tactile. The composition is deliberately airy, yet its trail is broad and persistent — less a dense leather than the sensation of polished skin suspended between marble, metal and sunlight.

Mandarin bursts through the composition with radiant clarity. A saffroned glow and cool mineral breath immediately pull the citrus away from conventional freshness, while the first trace of suede hints at the leather structure waiting underneath.
Osmanthus gives the heart silky apricot and suede nuances, while immortelle shifts between spicy, salty and hay-like warmth. A powdery violet facet softens the leather and keeps the composition luminous rather than heavy.
The fragrance resolves into a mineral leather built around Akigalawood and velvety suede. Dry woody texture, warm skin and lingering immortelle remain illuminated by the opening’s brightness, so the drydown feels polished and spacious rather than dark.

Ganymede demonstrates that freedom through contrast rather than excess: citrus against leather, salt against warmth, airiness against remarkable persistence. His affection for osmanthus — a delicate-looking flower whose absolute can smell liqueur-like, leathery and carnal — is especially relevant here, because the flower becomes one of the bridges between Ganymede’s luminous surface and its sensual suede texture.
