Rum accord opens with a faceted, aged-spirit warmth rather than a sharp boozy blast. Bitter almond oil sits right beside it, giving the opening a slightly bitter, marzipan-adjacent edge, while orange flower absolute keeps the whole accord from tipping into pure gourmand.
